Upcoming INUS Congresses

The next INUS Annual Congress for 2021 is already fixed and takes place in Innsbruck on January 21-23rd 2021.

However, we already have to look beyond this date and we need to find a suitable venue for our congress in 2022. All active INUS members who are interested in organizing the INUS Annual Congress 2022 can apply from now on until the end of July. We welcome applications not only from Europe but from all around the world. The venue should be easily accessable and the date again in the second half of January.

Of course, also costs are important. Download our cost template and fill it in to give us an idea what the costs of this INUS Congress would be if you would organize it. Please be aware that organizing such a congress takes time. It is not enough to just ask an agency to organize it, your personal input is very important and saves also costs.
As you can see from the template the calculations are based on 150 paying participants (although we hope that the number will be significantly higher) beside the faculty members (around 30) and invited society representatives and keynote speakers (around 10).

To process your application we need the following items:

• Completely filled in cost template
• Name and contact details of local organizer(s)
• A short CV of the applicant with information on previously organized small or major meetings as well as a short letter of motivation
