INUS was founded in August 2015 by 62 experts in neuro-urology worldwide who regularly met at the International Neuro-Urology Meeting (INUM) in Zurich (Switzerland). The first annual congresses were heldheld on the occasion of INUM. Since 2020 INUS hosts its own Annual Meetings in cities worldwide.
