Please note that workshops have a limited capacity. We recommend booking the workshop at the time of your registration. If you want to register for a workshop after registering for the congress, please contact the INUS office (email@example.com).
The Annual Dinner will take place in the city centre of Innsbruck and includes an aperitif, 3 course meal and a variation of drinks (non-alcoholic, wine, beer). We recommend booking your table at the time of your registration. If want to join the annual dinner after registering for the congress, please contact the INUS office (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com:
• For cancellations received until Sunday 2nd May 2021 you will get a full refund.
• Cancellations received between Monday 3rd May 2021 and Sunday 23rd May 2021, 50% will be refunded.
• From Monday 24th May 2021 onward no refund will be made.
• No refund will be made for INUS membership fees should a delegate wish to cancel their registration at any point.
In the extreme event that INUS must cancel the Annual Congress 2021 in Innsbruck, INUS will do its best to provide a refund. In case the congress has to be postponed, all registrations and bookings will be changed automatically to the new date.
INUS recommends that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries.
INUS does not accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants.
